OOOOH! I am so excited I can hardly stand it! Nine more days until I hop on a plane for FBC! I am looking forward to meeting really interesting people, eating well and learning a ton. I am rooming with the author of Love Through the Stomach. She is enthusiastic about carbohydrates, and from the looks of her blog, I expect we will get along fabulously.
Today my inner narcissist was indulged. (Oh hush, you have one too. I see you at the gym checking yourself out.) They have been posting short interviews with attendees, which has been a pretty cool way to find new food blogs and get an idea of all the talented folk that will be attending.
